Somehow today the short pearl necklace didn’t work the look and I put on this (forgotten) necklace which I bought from bkk last Oct.

It was a whimsical buy, as I hardly accessorise due to my sensitive skin.

Thankfully, my skin didn’t act up. Perhaps, it is safe now to try more. Although I keep feeling the weight of the birdcage. Haha.

With more of such (boring toned) work dresses in the wardrobe, perhaps I need to look at statement necklaces to dress them up.

Funny how people say I don’t look pregger when I actually am (or was) and think I am when I’m really really not!

First, I was asked what’s my craving for lunch today.

It must be the dress.

Then after dinner, my dress felt tight and I was joking to all that I look as if I’m pregger. My dad agreed with me! And tehpengtold me that parrot asked him discreetly too!

I weighed myself (happily), thinking I must have piled some on (it really must be all the daily homecooked food post-Nat), mostly straight to tummyland!

Yes, my weight did increase, but I’m still underweight leh!

We took an evening walk (so did a lot of other Singaporeans. It was crowded!) at the Henderson Waves with tehfamily, before dinner. 

It was a pleasant walk. It was afterall, only 0.3km.

We paused for a self-shot.

I have a huge pimple above my lips. Maybe I should “darken” it to make it look like a 痣…Hahaha.

The highlight of the roadtrip up to Kulai, besides seeing Nat running around in a huge space, is finding A&W at Aeon Bukit Indah!!

I remember the one at Clementi!

As always, a shopping detour is the order of the day after visiting relatives.

When I saw A&W, I was so happy! I really missed the waffle, the coney dog & rootbeer float. We had to make a pit-stop, after shopping.

As this was our second time, we can be more focus and targeted. I went to check out Skinfood and realised, it’s much cheaper! Not as cheap cheap in Korea, but good enough for me.

So, I stocked up – masksheets, cleanser and eye cream. Even my mum bought some!

Looks like it’s fast becoming my source to “进货” for Nat’s and my stuff.

It started out innocently. I stepped in with Dada, looking for something to clear my blackhead farm.

And look what else I stepped out with, besides the white mud nose pack – BB cream (I just realised what it is!), 3 x masksheets (Vita A, Vita C & Q10 – the ones that shout “retard ageing” & “reduce wrinkles” got to me!) and eye shadow. And a free make up pouch, which we went back to claim, after we realised it wasn’t given to me. How auntie right?!

So far, I’m very pleased with the nose pack (blackhead harvest! wooh!) and the BB cream which feels really light and non-oily.

Seems like my very basic skincare & beauty regime is fast moving from Body Shop to Face Shop.

I want to change my facial wash(anti-ageing, of course) too.

Dada gave me the SkinFood Gold Caviar Sample set (toner & emulsion) sometime back.

I don’t think it’s available in SG yet. I’ve just started to use it.

Wah, the toner really has specks of goldflakes floating around! So lux! And seemingly more than what we managed to pan from Sovereign Hill and Arrowtown(in 2004!).

Seems so precious, I had to use it sparingly (aka no share with tehpeng). Heehee.

Sometime back, Dada gave me some sample sachets of Skinfood Black Sugar Mask, when I was on a hunt to find something for my “dull and no-glow” face (a sign of ageing!!booohooo).

It does feel abit funny using sugar (sandy!) to wash your face but the after effect is very shiok. My skin feels so smooth and clean after. Not so sure if it does anything for “glowing-skin” but heck, I want smooth skin too.

I made let tehpeng use the remnants of the contents from the sample sachet (don’t waste!)…

Apparently we are watching too much Little Nyonya…

Anyway, I just bought a tub! And I’m keen to try the kiwi yoghurt mask but they didn’t have the sample sachets…
