Which we celebrated with a rather huge bang at the ChungWongHong all-time favourite (or was it default?) restaurant – Mitzi – with almost everyone in attendance.

It’s possibly my last gynae visit and I’ve just discovered decent (but pricey) ta-pau food from Something to Go @ The Regent??
My greedy eyes ordered.
We munched on the sugar ringdonut on the way home.
yveon :: This is what donuts are meant to be – soft fluffy and sugarey!
I just had the Panzerotti Pasta with Porcini Mushrooms in Creamy Tomato Sauce.
lilsnooze :: Mmm, the ravioli very nice!
tehpeng :: My wanton mee with lard also nice.
And we have the Strawberry Pistachio Bavaroise and beef pie for afternoon tea.
Not forgetting dad’s birthday dinner tonight!
dad :: Dinner at 7pm cos the Man U match at 840pm!
Yes, my dad is the Man U supporter.

With the impending delivery which brings along the one-month confinement, silver_crv reminded me that “every meal should be a good meal” now.

…we wait

At week 39, I reckon tummy is at its max.
tehpeng :: If you birth tomorrow, my paternity leave will start too!

Just when I was wondering if to embarrass myself about my nonsensical babbling in the wee hours of the morning…tehpeng has already done so.
Though I think his point is more on the nightmare if Natnat turns out to be anything else but a faithful red supporter. *gasp*!
By the way, “wee” takes on a new meaning now that I wake every other 2 hours during sleep with the need to clear the bladder.
Ok you don’t need to know this.

Reading about meconium reminds me of last night when we were checking out the “goodie bag” given by Mt A to newborns.
:: Bathtub in light green – I wonder if can request for other colours…
:: Baby wipes
:: Milk powder – I wonder what’s the flavour of the month when I birth
:: Pampers Premium – Wow!The most expensive of the lot!
DaddyP :: We adults go toilet pay 10cents. Baby go 1 time is 40cents!

You aren’t wrong to think it is babyboom time this year.
We welcomed another baby – buddyv’s niece.
Add one to Natnat’s list of playfriends.
This time closer to home, literally, being just a hop-and-a-skip away.
So much so we were visioning Natnat and Faith, cycling around the void deck, with Kaizer and Junior (their salt & pepper MS) in tow.
How cute.
And this (over)enthusiastic mummy has already given a “betrothal gift”, via Auntiebuddyv, to the babygal.
Heehee.
