We brought Nat for his last jab on Saturday. Now, we were really not quite sure how he was going to react. It has really been a while since the last jab and he has since grown much more talkative and more aware of surroundings.
The night before, I told him that we would be visiting the doctor and she would be giving him a little poke here *jabs at thigh*. Yes, he replied.
The next day, as we chatted with Dr on his developments and she went on with the checks, he was engaged with the toys on Doc’s table. She took the chance to do the jab while he was engrossed trying to figure out the rolling-thingy-toy. And, to my surprise and pride, he didn’t make a wee squeak! In fact, he only turned back to look at his butt where the jab was, and then looked at Doc and back to the toy!
Very cool.
Hahaha, so much for worrying if he would be distracted enough!
When I was settling the payment…
nurse :: Wow, he didn’t cry at all huh! He’s a man!
Wahahaha, my little man!
