tea with rice

I needed a quick lunch today and I headed to the Japanese eatery opposite my office.

And I was in need of soupy stuff so I ordered Salmon Ochazuke . It was my first taste of it (seriously!).

AND I LOVE IT!

It’s like Japanese version of 雷茶!

Maybe I shall try making at home.

rice tea soup is one of my favourite food. i judge how good a japanese restaurant is only after trying their tea soups.
